Eating pre/probiotic plant based carbs, meat, and dairy
I started fresh to day on my smart eating plan.
So far, its working. I just have to be patient and work at eating well foods. I starting by measuring my body as well as weighing once a month. That way i wont be depressed by a gain day. I figure the loss in inches will tell my self much more than the scale.
I plan to walk to the gym early in the morning, and do 20 min cardio, 50 minutes stretching, and 45 min calisthenics, and 45 min weights…
Recently, ive been afraid to go to the gym. I figure , if i go early in the morning., the nair freeker wont be there, and i can work out with ease.
My first day serious at the gym will be 6 am-9am.
Im hoping and praying i do well.
